A Couple More Fairies....

... have now appeared at the bottom of my garden. I have really enjoyed stitching on this one as I always do yet though I know I have achieved quite a lot there is just still so much to do. I also did an awful lot of backstitching as last time I was lazy and didnt do any lol.

This afternoon I am going to make a start on EMS Rose SAL but I am not making plans for the weekend as if the weather is nice we have plans out in the real garden. This got sadly neglected last year and really needs a lot of work. I have seen the first of my tiny rosebuds appear this morning and everything is shooting well but in some cases a little too well.

Thank you to all those who visit my site and especially to those few who take the time to leave me a comment. You are the ones who make it all worth while.

xx

I love those little fairies Helen!
I never like backstitching either, but it always makes such a dramatic difference, that it is well worth it!
Great work!
Enjoy the weekend! We are supposed to have rain here in NY. Yuk!

Helen, Your fairies are very cute :) When the weather turns nice I would rather be outside ant day.

I look forward to gardening this year. We are moving to a new home and I cant wait to get the garden ready for a vegtable garden to plant next year.

I still have not found my star-De-tailor but I did purchase another and I think it will turn up once I get the new one LOL

The fairies are lovely.

I like your header too. Is that your town?

Isn't Derbyshire where Mr Darcy lives?

I'm afraid I to have been pulled to the gardens.. It's hard to stitch indoors when the weather is so nice, Today it's raining so I'm trying to get caught up with my comments.
Have a wonderful day with your pretty fairies.

What a cute piece, the little fairies are adorable. The bright colors are fun too, but I'll bet the backstitch is a bit of a bear. Amazing how it makes things pop though.

Hi Helen,

You are moving right along on this piece! :-)

Okay, what's the ladybug? Is it a needle holder? I love it!
